Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us as we pride ourselves as a hard working, small business!

Our policy is exchange only within 7 days for same item. We do not offer refunds. Our items are handmade to order.

Sale items are final and non returnable or exchangeable.

Artisan & Limited Edition pieces are non returnable or exchangeable.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn , unwashed or unused with tags. You’ll also need proof of purchase (order number and customer details.)

We will need to receive your item back within 7 days.

Once accepted we will then send you the returns address. Items  that need to be repost back out are paid for by the customer. We do not cover for any loss or damage of your return so highly recommend sending exchanges tracked. 

If you email or return your items after 7 days it will not be accepted. We are a small business and our items are handmade to order meaning we only have a small window to operate in.
