Terms and conditions
As most garments have limited availability, when placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Delivery times may vary due to made to order or again limited items. We will not be held responsible for any late deliveries due to postal delays from the postal company.
The Website is owned and managed by Leigh Taylor who can be contacted at info@Leigh-Taylor.co.uk.
We will email you your online receipt once order has been placed.
Shipping and returns
Returns: We give all our customers a 7 day return policy from day of purchase, if not fully satisfied with their purchase, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To do so you must email firstname.lastname@example.org, and tell us your reasoning for return along with personal details and receipt reference as we cannot process a refund without this information.
All sales items are non returnable due to limited stock, however can be exchange for a different size if available.
If you have ordered an item not in stock or made to measure this will be none returnable, as it will have been personally made to measure, unless a fault has appeared then we will repair the fault.
Should you receive any items faulty, please email us so we can investigate the problem and find a solution for you. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
Items that have been worn with original tags removed will not be refunded, but eligible for a repair, or in some cases an exchange.
All our deliveries are recorded and will need to be signed for.
We use Royal Mail, First class to make sure you get your goods as soon as possible. They usually arrive within 1-3 days, however ask us to allow 10 working days.
Majority of orders are made to order, so please allow 3-5 working days. You will be notified once your order has been posted.
